SECTION 1: COMPETITIVE GAME RULES

Pool Chapaa adheres to international competitive pool standards adapted for real-time digital precision and certified fair multiplayer match play.

1. Break Shot: The break shot must be performed from behind the head string. A legal break requires at least four object balls to strike the cushions or at least one ball to be potted.

2. Open Table: The table remains open until a player legally pots a called ball during normal play following the break shot.

3. Valid Shots: To execute a legal shot, the cue ball must make contact with an assigned group ball first, followed by driving any ball into a pocket or cushion.

SECTION 2: FOULS & PENALTIES

A foul awards the opponent immediate "Ball in Hand" allowing them to place the cue ball anywhere on the pool table surface before shooting.

1. Cue Ball Scratch: Pocketing the cue ball in any pocket constitutes an instant foul.

2. Wrong Ball First: Striking an opponent's ball or the black 8-ball before touching an assigned ball is a foul.

3. Off-Table Balls: Driving any ball off the table surface is considered a foul and returns play to the opponent.

4. Shot Clock Expiry: Failing to take a shot within the allocated 30-second window results in an automated foul.

SECTION 3: WINNING & LOSS CONDITIONS

1. Legal Win: Sinking the 8-ball into the designated pocket after all your assigned group balls have been cleared claims the match and tournament cash payout.

2. Immediate Loss: Pocketing the 8-ball when not on the 8-ball, scratching while shooting at the 8-ball, or potting the 8-ball into an uncalled pocket forfeits the match immediately.
